ETNA2020 Transport Networking and Brokerage Event

A NETWORKING AND BROKERAGE EVENT FOR 2018-2020 TRANSPORT CALL!

Within the Framework of the TRA conference the project ETNA 2020 (http://www.transport-ncps.net/) is organizing a networking and brokerage event - jointly supported by ETNA 2020 and Enterprise Europe Network - focusing on the topics covered by the Work Programme ‘Smart green and integrated Transport’ 2018-2020. The networking and brokerage event will take place the 17, 18 and 19 of April 2018 in Vienna.

 

  1. Participants looking for partners to apply to the calls published in the Transport Work Programme 2018 will have the opportunity to present their organisation and ideas for project proposals in two different ways:
    • In the form of a brief oral presentation – pitch - of 10 minutes max., using templates specially designed for this purpose.
    • By participating in bilateral meetings – B2B - of max. 20 minutes.
  2. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how to
    take advantage of the ETNA 2020 Partner Search Services. Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the system in real time, create a new user and receive personal training on how to use and find partners on the system.
  3. Last but not least, participants will have the opportunity to attend the ETNA 2020 Workshop on international cooperation ‘Taking advantages to expand your Transport R&I activities outside of Europe’.

Focus

The ETNA2020 Brokerage Event will focus on the topics included in the Work Programme ‘Smart green and integrated transport’ Transport 2018-2020 and will foster the creation of consortia for the upcoming Horizon 2020 Transport calls:

    2. Safe, integrated and resilient transport systems
    3. Global leadership and competitiveness
    4. Accounting for the people.

All companies, universities and researchers in the Transport domain from Europe and beyond are invited to attend!

Participation in the ETNA2020 Brokerage Event is free of charge. However, ETNA 2020 requests all participants to register for the event online, using the registration system http://www.traconference.eu/registration/ The registration deadline for the ETNA2020 Brokerage Event  is the 27th March 2018.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Registration to TRA Conference 2018 is a pre-requisite for participation in the Networking and Brokerage Event. Without confirmed registration to TRA 2018, those interested in the ETNA 2020/EEN event will not have access to the stand.

Participants of the networking and brokerage event will not be given access to the venue without confirmed registration for participation at TRA conference. Once you register to the TRA conference, you can proceed with registering for the brokerage event at the top right corner of this page.
